To assist and guide the spiritual growth and development of its members reaching their highest potential as individuals and as family and community members. Services will be based on shared values of loving-kindness, loving relatedness and self-reflection.
Our Offering
Sacred Bridge is a 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit and a spiritual home for people whose wish it is to grow into their fullest, most whole selves. We support spiritual growth and inner development as two parts to a whole. If each person can become a sovereign, self-aware and whole individual, they can contribute to healthy family systems which build stronger communities, and in turn gift the whole of the world with more conscious presence and awareness overall. At the heart of it is the aim to live in Right Relationship with all things.
Sacred Bridge helps teach and guide intentional living, personal and community healing, and tending to our Earth home through earth-honoring practices. True wellbeing requires harmony with oneself, one another and the Earth. It is grounded in humble integrity, respect and loving relatedness. This becomes a path: a sacred and meaningful way to artfully live.
Our Work
At the heart of our work is spiritual counseling, in which we regard life’s unfolding circumstances as invitations and opportunities to further mature, grow and develop insight, rather than struggle with them. Here, there is space to inquire into purpose and deepen your connection with the sacred. We also facilitate nature-based ritual: individual and group offerings for gratitude, tending to the land, setting sincere intentions, and marking of life transitions. These rituals imply responsibility for our life’s aspirations and our actions with one another and the Earth. Our offerings, retreats, and practices bring depth of meaning, build community and support a healing connection with the land.
Since establishing in 2021, Sacred Bridge has grown into a steady resource of spiritual counseling and healing rooted in meditation and earth-honoring practice from North and South America. Each year that includes 24 private solo retreats and a minimum of four group ceremonial retreats.
Our Roots
Sacred Bridge was established in September 2021 in Berkeley, California, formalizing work that began in 2008, when founder Jen Poole entered several commitments of decades-long apprenticeships with master teachers of ancient earth-based wisdom traditions. These are lifelong commitments, fulfilled according to the traditional asks of each lineage, that carry the blessing of Indigenous Elders to offer personal healing and connection with the Earth in the way it is passed down.
Sacred Bridge exists to bring these lineages forward responsibly, with reverence for the teachers, traditions and communities who entrusted them.

Founder
Jen Poole founded Sacred Bridge in Berkeley, California in 2021. Since 2008, she has walked a path of decades-long apprenticeships with master teachers of ancient earth-based wisdom traditions, carrying the blessing of her teachers to offer personal healing and connection with the Earth in the way it has been received.
